Cooking Guide
Preheat oven to 200°C. Sear all over in a hot pan, then roast for 20 to 25 minutes to 52 to 54°C internal for medium rare. Rest 10 minutes.

Keep refrigerated below 4 °C. Once opened, consume within 3 days or freeze on the day of purchase. Follow food safety guidelines.
