Farmers Pick started in 2020, after our founders visited a cauliflower farm and found tonnes of perfectly good cauliflower about to be ploughed back into the ground for not meeting supermarket cosmetic standards. In 2022 we brought that mission to Sydney, and partnered with OzHarvest at the same time, to help get good food to people who need it.

NSW grows an enormous variety, and your Sydney box makes the most of it. Our cherries come from Young, Australia's cherry capital, and from Griffith, which also supplies our pumpkins, melons and citrus. Onions, potatoes and garlic come from growers around Hillston. It's picked, packed and delivered in days, not weeks in a supermarket cool store.

Produce is so fresh and enables Me to manage my meals and Prep and I can choose to opt out of particular fruit and veg before the cutoff date, or add to the box then too. The meat selection is great and quality first class, so there is never any shortage of variation. I love that there is dairy and eggs as well as pantry items. Another great option is that You can vary delivery outside the normal selection by opting out and then the deliveries will revert to normal when dates have passed. Well worth trying.

Yes. As well as Greater Sydney, we deliver to the Central Coast, Newcastle, Wollongong, the Blue Mountains, Canberra and many regional NSW towns, from Port Macquarie and Coffs Harbour to Bathurst, Orange and Dubbo. Enter your postcode when you build your box to check your address.

We source direct from Australian farms, including NSW growers in Young and Griffith for cherries, Griffith for pumpkin, melon and citrus, and Hillston for onions, potatoes and garlic. When something's out of season locally, we source it from growers interstate so your box stays full.

We've supported OzHarvest since we launched in Sydney in 2022. Produce we can't sell is donated to help feed people doing it tough, so nothing good goes to waste.
