Slow Cooker Meatball Pasta

Ingredients
Everything for 5 servings
- 1 brown onion (diced)
- ½ green capsicum (diced)
- 1 carrot (grated)
- 1 zucchini (grated)
- 400g tin crushed tomatoes
- 700g bottle passata
- 400g pre-made meatballs
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1–2 tsp mixed herbs
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 2 bay leaves
Method
Add onion, capsicum, carrot, zucchini, crushed tomatoes, passata, sugar, herbs, salt, pepper, and bay leaves to the slow cooker.
Place meatballs on top and stir gently.
Cook on low 6–7 hrs or high 3–4 hrs.
Serve with freshly cooked egg pasta.
