Cook thoroughly until the internal temperature reaches 75 °C. For sausages and patties, ensure juices run clear and there is no pink in the centre. Rest briefly before serving.

Delivery days vary depending on your location. Once you enter your postcode, you'll be shown the available delivery day for your area. You'll also receive a notification ahead of each delivery so you know when to expect it.
No need to be home. Just let us know a safe place to leave your box — such as a front porch or shaded area — and your driver will leave it there. We recommend somewhere cool and out of direct sunlight to keep everything fresh.
You'll be charged on a recurring basis aligned to your delivery frequency — weekly, fortnightly, or monthly. Your first charge is taken when you complete sign-up, and subsequent charges are processed automatically ahead of each delivery.
