Qty: 8 | $23/kg

Bring true paddock-to-plate flavour to your kitchen. Our grass fed beef butcher style thin sausages are made from 100% grass-fed, grass-finished Australian beef, sourced from small family farms. Cattle are raised on natural pasture, never grain-supplemented, and are free from growth hormones.

Why it's Better
- Raised on pasture year-round with no grain finishing
- Aged up to 14 days to enhance tenderness and flavour
- Butcher-grade cut: finely minced, filled in natural casings
- Fresh, never frozen – vacuum-packed for peak quality, giving your family optimal freshness
- Proudly Australian – sourced, processed and packed locally
- No use of growth hormones, mRNA vaccines, or other unnecessary additives such as Bovaer

Ingredients & Allergens
Grass-fed beef, rice flour, salt, mineral salt (451), preservative (223 (sulphites), dehydrated vegetables, colour (160c), antioxiden (370b), canola oil, spice extracts, flavour, flavour enhancer (635).

Contains sulphites

To keep them fresh and food-safe, a few additional ingredients are added — here’s why:

  • Colour (160c) is a natural colour made from paprika.

  • Antioxidants (307b) is a form of vitamin E to prevent the fats from spoiling.

  • Flavour enhancers (like 635) help improve sausages’ natural taste without adding unnecessary fats or sugars.

  • Preservatives (like 223) extend shelf life and ensure food safety.

Ingredient numbers are just how food additives are listed under Australian labelling laws even when they come from natural sources (like 160c from paprika or 307b from Vitamin E).

We always use these ingredients in the lowest amount needed, and never add anything that doesn’t serve a real purpose.

A Farmers Pick subscription delivers fresh, seasonal produce or quality meat straight to your door on a schedule that suits you. Choose from our Produce Box — packed with seasonal fruit and veg sourced direct from Australian farmers — or our Butcher Box, filled with premium cuts from our Farmstead Meats range. Both are available on a weekly, fortnightly, or monthly delivery schedule. You can skip deliveries whenever you need to, and there's no lock-in contract — cancel anytime, no questions asked.

Getting started takes just a few steps:

  1. We recommend the right box for you — answer a couple of quick questions and we'll suggest the best size for your household.
  2. Pick your schedule — choose how often you'd like to receive your box: weekly, fortnightly, or monthly.
  3. Add your extras — customise your subscription with add-ons like the product you're viewing now.

Once you've completed your first payment, your subscription is active and your first delivery will be on its way.

We deliver to metro and regional locations across Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland, and Far North Queensland. Enter your postcode on the next step to confirm we deliver to your area.

Yes — you can exclude up to 4 produce items from your produce box and we'll supplement with seasonal alternatives.

You can also build your own custom Butcher Box from scratch and add any pantry extras you like (subscribed or once-off).

Delivery days vary depending on your location. Once you enter your postcode, you'll be shown the available delivery day for your area. You'll also receive a notification ahead of each delivery so you know when to expect it.

No need to be home. Just let us know a safe place to leave your box — such as a front porch or shaded area — and your driver will leave it there. We recommend somewhere cool and out of direct sunlight to keep everything fresh.

You'll be charged on a recurring basis aligned to your delivery frequency — weekly, fortnightly, or monthly. Your first charge is taken when you complete sign-up, and subsequent charges are processed automatically ahead of each delivery. You can view and manage your billing details at any time through your account.

If anything arrives damaged, missing, or not up to scratch, get in touch with our customer support team and we'll make it right. We're committed to quality and stand behind everything we deliver.
