When placing your order, you’ll be asked to select a delivery date that suits you. This chosen date will be confirmed in your order confirmation email.

Deliveries are made within our standard delivery window of 8am–6pm. On the evening before your scheduled delivery, you’ll receive an SMS notification with a tracking link, allowing you to follow your order and see an estimated delivery time.

Once your subscription has renewed your order updates are locked in.

Any further updates to your subscription are applied to your following order - not the current order being processed for delivery.
