Delicious honey roasted carrots with harissa and whipped goat cheese!
Ingredients
- 4 large carrots
- Meredith Dairy marinated goat cheese
- 1tbs Harissa
- 2tbs Honey
- Salt and Pepper
- 2tbs Olive oil
Directions
Peel and cut carrots into even size pieces
Add to oven tray with honey, spices, seasoning and oil
Place in the oven for 15-20 minutes at 200 degrees
Whip 4 cubes of goat cheese, and add to a plate
Add your carrots to the goat cheese and enjoy!
