Mini Sourdough Loaf - White

Supermarkets reject bread that’s a tiny bit underweight, sometimes by as little as 10g or less. By giving slightly undersized loaves a second chance, you'll help us reduce food waste while still enjoying a premium, artisan-style bread at home. 

This Mini White Sourdough Loaf is traditionally stone baked, giving it a rustic crust and soft, fluffy interior. Made simply with Australian wheat flour, water, salt, yeast, and natural improvers, this little loaf delivers big flavour without preservatives, soy, or dairy.

Vegan friendly

Ingredients: White flour (wheat), water, salt, dry yeast, improver (wheat) (300), inactive yeast (wheat)

Allergens: Contains wheat, gluten. May contain sesame, macadamia, almond, hazelnut.

Baking Instructions: Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Bake on open racks for 5-8 minutes. Let cool before cutting or bagging. Or simply toast. 

Storage: Keep refrigerated prior to baking or toasting and use within 3-5 days upon receiving.
