Mini Sourdough Loaf - Kalamata Olive

Bringing a Mediterranean twist to the table, this Mini Kalamata Olive Sourdough Loaf is stone baked for a crisp crust and soft, chewy centre. Studded with Kalamata olives, it’s rich in flavour and pairs beautifully with cheeses, antipasto platters, or simply dipped in extra virgin olive oil.

Vegan friendly

Ingredients: White flour (wheat), water, olive, salt, dry yeast, improver (wheat) (300), inactive yeast (wheat)

Allergens: Contains wheat, gluten. May contain sesame, macadamia, almond, hazelnut.

Baking Instructions: Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Bake on open racks for 5-8 minutes. Let cool before cutting or bagging. Or simply toast. 

Storage: Keep refrigerated prior to baking or toasting and use within 3-5 days upon receiving.
