Ingredients & Allergens
Grass-fed lamb, rice flour, salt, mineral salt (451), preservative (223 (sulphites)), dehydrated vegetables, colour (160c), antioxidant (307b), canola oil, spice extracts, herb extracts, flavour, flavour enhancer (635).

To keep them fresh and food-safe, a few additional ingredients are added — here’s why:

Colour (160c) is a natural colour made from paprika.

Antioxidants (307b) is a form of vitamin E to prevent the fats from spoiling.

Flavour enhancers (like 635) help improve sausages’ natural taste without adding unnecessary fats or sugars.

Ingredient numbers are just how food additives are listed under Australian labelling laws even when they come from natural sources (like 160c from paprika or 307b from Vitamin E).
We always use these ingredients in the lowest amount needed, and never add anything that doesn’t serve a real purpose.

Cook to an internal temperature of 75 °C.
