Cooking Guide
Roast whole chicken at 180 °C for approximately 1 hour 15 minutes (based on a 1.5 kg bird), or until juices run clear and internal temperature reaches 75 °C in the thickest part. Rest 10 minutes before carving.
Storage
Keep refrigerated below 4 °C. Once opened, consume within 2 days or freeze on the day of purchase. Follow food safety guidelines.
