Ingredients
- 1 brown onion (diced)
- ½ green capsicum (diced)
- 1 carrot (grated)
- 1 zucchini (grated)
- 400g tin crushed tomatoes
- 700g bottle passata
- 400g pre-made meatballs
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1–2 tsp mixed herbs
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 2 bay leaves
Directions
Add onion, capsicum, carrot, zucchini, crushed tomatoes, passata, sugar, herbs, salt, pepper, and bay leaves to the slow cooker.
- Place meatballs on top and stir gently.
- Cook on low 6–7 hrs or high 3–4 hrs.
- Serve with freshly cooked egg pasta.
