Ingredients

1 tsp miso paste

2 tbsp Kura Organic Soy Sauce

½ tbs Australian Chilli Oil Mix Original
- 1 tsp toasted sesame oil
- 1 spring onion, finely chopped
- 1 cup boiling water
- 75g green beans, trimmed and halved
- 30g bokchoy (or 4 leaves) , washed

150g Hakubaku Organic Udon Noodles
- 150g silken tofu, sliced

Fresh corriander
- Chilli oil
- Crispy fried onion
- Seaweed
- Toasted sesame seeds
To Serve (Optional)
Directions
In a medium bowl, combine the miso paste, soy sauce, sesame oil, sriracha, and spring onion. Add the boiling water, mix well, and set aside
- Steam the green beans and bok choy until tender, either on the stovetop or in the microwave
Cook the noodles according to the packet instructions
- In a serving bowl, layer the broth, cooked noodles, and steamed vegetables. Add the silken tofu on top
- Finish with coriander, chilli oil, crispy fried onions, seaweed, and toasted sesame seeds
