Day 5: Pork & Fennel Sausage Rolls with Cherry Ketchup
If there's one thing every Aussie Christmas has in common, it's a grazing table that slowly takes over the entire afternoon. And nothing earns that spread faster than a good old sausage roll - especially these ones by @supper.partying.
Golden, flaky, sweet yet savoury. They're the kind of appetizer people keep circling back to! The secret weapon? Seasonal, slightly sweet and tangy cherry ketchup that ties everything together.
Grab a box of perfectly imperfect cherries, make a batch ahead, bake them fresh and watch them disappear from your Christmas grazing table.
