Ingredients

1/2 cup rolled oats

1/4 cup mixed nuts
- 1/2 cup milk of choice
- 1/3 cup Greek yoghurt
- 1 orange juiced (1/4 cup)
- 1 tbsp orange zest
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/3 tsp cinnamon
Directions
In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and stir until well mixed.
Scoop the mixture into a glass jar, cover, and refrigerate overnight.
In the morning, top with a dollop of yogurt, crushed walnuts, and a drizzle of honey or maple syrup.
