Ingredients
-
1 large cauliflower
-
4 tbsp Kyneton Extra Virgin Olive Oil 750ml
-
3 tbsp Crossy's Honey 500g
-
3 tsp Farmers Pick Smoked Paprika
- 2 tsp turmeric
- 2 tsp curry powder
- Pinch of salt
- Handful of chopped parsley
Directions
Fill a saucepan big enough to fit a cauliflower with salted water and bring to a boil.
Place the cauliflower into the water (stem up), cover and cook for ~3 mins. Remove from the water and place in a deep baking dish, leave to steam-dry and pat excess water off.
Meanwhile make the spice rub with the remaining ingredients (minus the parsley). Brush over the entire cauliflower and roast for ~25 mins until golden and easily able to be pierced with a fork.
Top with the baking juices at the bottom of the dish and chopped parsley. Carve into wedges or slices to serve.
