These Cherry Ripe Bars are packed with antioxidants, vitamins from cherries, healthy fats and protein. Plus, they're no-bake and make the perfect summer freezer treat!
Ingredients

1 cup cherries, pitted

1 cup desiccated coconut

1/4 cup protein powder

1/3 cup chopped chocolate, melted

Chopped nuts of choice
Directions
Place base ingredients into a lined loaf tin and press down.
Top with melted chocolate and chopped nuts. Freeze for 3 hours to set.
