Fresh spinach, kale, and broccoli — sourced through Farmers Pick’s perfectly imperfect produce network — are blended with premium Australian potatoes and flour to create tender, flavourful dumplings. Rob’s pasta kitchen runs on a fully circular model, upcycling all vegetable scraps and eggshells into insect protein that feeds the chickens laying the eggs for the gnocchi. You’ll even see the natural flecks from unpeeled potatoes, which add flavour and prevent waste.
Delicious tossed with pesto, paired with a creamy sauce, or simply drizzled with olive oil and lemon.
