We begin with premium grass-fed beef mince from Farmstead Meats — prized for its depth of flavour and ethical farming practices. It’s simmered low and slow into a rich Bolognese with vine-ripened Australian tomatoes, onion, garlic, and herbs. Each layer of our handmade Rustica Viva pasta is stacked with care, then topped with a creamy blend of three cheeses: mozzarella for stretch, ricotta for softness, and parmesan for boldness.
The result is a bubbling, oven-ready dish that tastes like it came straight from a family kitchen — comforting, hearty, and full of honest flavour. Perfect for weeknight meals, Sunday lunches, or freezing for a rainy day.

Delivery days vary depending on your location. Once you enter your postcode, you'll be shown the available delivery day for your area. You'll also receive a notification ahead of each delivery so you know when to expect it.
No need to be home. Just let us know a safe place to leave your box — such as a front porch or shaded area — and your driver will leave it there. We recommend somewhere cool and out of direct sunlight to keep everything fresh.
You'll be charged on a recurring basis aligned to your delivery frequency — weekly, fortnightly, or monthly. Your first charge is taken when you complete sign-up, and subsequent charges are processed automatically ahead of each delivery. You can view and manage your billing details at any time through your account.
