Our Gummy Shark fillets come from the San Remo Fishermen's Co-Op in Victoria, caught by local owner-operator fishers in the clean waters of Bass Strait and Corner Inlet. This is real Gummy Shark - not the mystery "flake" you'll find at the supermarket, which is often a different species entirely with no traceability to speak of.

Caught by member vessels of the San Remo Fishermen's Co-Op - a community-owned Co-Op where owner-operators land their catch directly at the San Remo pier. Every fish is hand-selected before it leaves the dock.

Cooking Guide
Gummy Shark is boneless, firm, and forgiving to cook. Pan-fry over medium-high heat for 3–4 minutes each side, or grill until the flesh is opaque and flakes easily. Batter and fry for a classic fish and chips - this is the real deal. Pairs well with lemon, capers, and fresh herbs.

Storage
Keep frozen below -18°C. Thaw in the fridge overnight. Once thawed, consume within 1 day. Do not refreeze. Follow Best Before dates on packaging.
